Newmarket Baseball Annual General Meeting
Date: Wednesday, October 14, 2015
Time: 7pm to approx 10pm
Location : Newmarket Community Centre Hall 1, Doug Duncan Drive, Newmarket
Please join the Executive Managment Committee for light refreshements at the Community Centre for our Annual General Meeting which will include the following:
**Highlights from the 2015 Season
**Awards for teams and individuals for a successful 2015 season.
**Elections for new EMC members for the 2016 season. If you are interested in volunteering on the board please reply to this email for more information.
**Open Forum Discussion for any questions, concerns, suggestions or comments for the 2016 season.
Any requests for changes to the Constitution must be submitted in writing (email) to secretary@newmarketbaseball.com no later than midnight October 1st, 2015. The 2015 Constitution can be found at www.newmarketbaseball.com under the General Infor tab or by clicking HERE
We hope to see you all there and for those who cannot make it out to join us, have a great winter and we will see you in the spring at the Opening Day Ceremonies in May!
